根據(jù)摩擦片需要，采用優(yōu)質(zhì)石油焦，并嚴(yán)格按摩擦片所特需要求控制煅燒溫度，使其真密度控制在一定的范圍內(nèi)，產(chǎn)出的焦碳較柔軟、與剎車(chē)盤(pán)高速摩擦中無(wú)響聲。由于其氣孔度較好，與其它物質(zhì)具有很好的結(jié)合度，使摩擦片有較高的散熱性能及摩擦系數(shù)和強(qiáng)度。

The high-quality petroleum coke is used for making friction pads. The temperature is strictly controlled to keep the real density within certain range. The coke processed in this way is soft, and makes no noise in the high-speed friction with brake disc. It also combines with other materials well due to its good porosity.
